About Us

The Frederick Indoor Sports Center (“FISC”) was established in June, 2009.  It is located at 1845 Brookfield Ct and situated on over 7 acres and operates within a 65,000 SF facility featuring two 45’ clear span bays each with a 15,000 sq. ft. turf ("in-fill") field (84’ x 185’). In addition, FISC owns and operates the Goal Fitness Center (“GFC”), a state of the art training/fitness center which features a full complement of FreeMotion equipment.

FISC primarily programs turf related sports such as soccer, lacrosse, flag football but will  be expanding to include other sports and activities such as arena football, field hockey, and C360 - Under Armour combines.

At FISC, our mission is simple—to provide a well organized, safe and welcoming environment to allow for children and adults of all ages to enjoy one of life’s greatest pastimes, sports. We strive to make your experience as enjoyable and value packed as possible. The lights are always bright, the fields are always well groomed and will be ready for you whenever you are ready to play.
