The Frederick Indoor Sport Center (FISC) is mid-Maryland's premier sports and training venue, featuring a state-of-the-art playing environment for soccer, lacrosse, field hockey and flag football. Your FISC ID Card gives you year-round access to an ever-changing variety of sessions, camps and clinics for adults and youth of all ages and skill levels - and earns you rewards at the same time.

Enjoy light, healthy meals and snacks from FISC’s Replay Café, or relax in our Sports Lounge, featuring free, high-speed Internet access and a 10' projection HDTV with generous views of our two, 84'x185' turf fields. Need childcare while you’re at FISC? FISCaroos Clubhouse is for you. (Ask about our birthday rentals.) Watch a game anytime via web cam, and remember: our fields, rooms and other spaces are also available for rent.
