Camps Run By Professional Athletes!

 

Coed Advanced Goalkeeper w/Chris Frederick (Ages 14-Collegiate)

June 19 - June 22 (12:30 PM - 4:30 PM)


Is your athlete ready to take it to the next level? Athletes are led through rigorous conditioning to boost speed, agility, footwork and stamina.  Coach Frederick explores the mental side of the game, by teaching athletes how to make quicker decisions on the field.

Chris Frederick is a Woodsboro, Maryland native and current German professional keeper. While growing up, Chris played for the Woodsboro rec program, FC Frederick, Potomac Academy and the Baltimore Bays. Professionally, he has played in Germany for BSC Erlangen, PSV Nuernberg and his current team, TUS Kastl 1924 EV (plus has been on loan to FC Amberg for part of the season!). Don't miss out on this opportunity to learn from this rising star who is well on his way to playing in DI Bundesliga!

Coed Beginner Goalkeeper w/Joel Alligood (Ages 10-13)

July 10 - July 13 (Noon - 4 PM)

This camp will be run by former MISL professional goalkeeper, Joel Alligood, who is also the former keeper coach for the IPSL girls champion St.Maria Goretti girls varsity team and a current keeper trainer. Is your athlete ready to take it to the next level? Are they ready for the challenge that being a goal keeper brings? if so, then this camp is for them!

Coach Joel leads athletes through rigorous conditioning to boost speed, agility, footwork and stamina,  and explores the mental side of the game to help athlets learn how to make quicker decisions on the field. Lots of focus on hand positioning, shot stopping and diving, angle positioning and line of sight, and distribution. There may even be some surprise visits during the camp!

Coed w/St. Maria Goretti HS Girls Varsity Team (Ages 9-12)

July 17- July 21 (9 AM - 4 PM)

Athletes learn fundamental and advanced soccer skills (individual and team), while also engaging in physical fitness activities, small sided games, full field scrimmages and more.  Led by: Head Coach, Terry Mutchler (Head Coach U18 Freedom 99, HSC) and Assistant Coach, Chris Dao (Head Coach, HAYSL).

Boys Soccer w/Ben Dao (Ages 10-13)

June 19 - June 23 (9 AM - 4 PM)

This is a true SOCCER camp! Athletes learn fundamental and advanced soccer skills, both individual and team, while also engaging in physical fitness activities, conditioning, learning how to move quicker both on a lateral and verticle plane, play small sided games, full field scrimmages and more. 


Led by Benjamin Dao who has played for FC Frederick, the CCL U23 Pro league, Baltimore Celtic and was an ODP player for 5 years, captain for 3 and went to the National finals. Ben was an Esmark All-American, Frederick County player of the year, holds the Tuscarora school record (46 goals and 23 assists), is a 3 time all-area first team player and winner of Frederick's Best award. Finally, he has traveled to Germany, France, Italy and Croatia with the Region 1 team and was a fianlist in an international tournament losing to Desportivo Brasil.

Girls Soccer w/Joel Alligood (Ages 10-13)

June 26-June 30 (9 AM-4 PM)

Led by fomer MISL professional player Joel Alligood, athletes learn fundamental and advanced soccer skills (individual and team), while engaging in physical fitness activities, conditioning, learning how to move quicker both on a lateral and verticle plane, play small sided games, full field scrimmages and more.

Coach Joel is a Long Island native who has multiple state titles as a club coach and is the former assistant coach and goalkeeper coach at St.Maria Goretti HS in Hagerstown for the girls varsity team. Joel will be assisted by current St. Maria Goretti HS girls varsity player and goalkeeper, Kaylee Walty. There may even be a few other "surprises."

Girls HS/College Soccer Pre-Season Prep w/Emily Marshall

For incoming HS Freshmen through incoming College Seniors

6 week program: July 10 - August 17 (8:30 AM-10 AM)
4 week program: July 10 - August 3 (8:30 AM-10 AM)

Athletes are trained on individual ball skills, conditioning, movement and the soccer techniques needed to succeed at the high school and collegiate level. This program will have them WELL PREPARED for their upcoming season and have them a step ahead of their competition for spots on the team in what is a VERY competitive environment. 

Boys HS/College Soccer Pre-Season Prep w/Tom Noonan

For incoming HS Freshmen through incoming College Seniors

6 week program: July 11 - August 16 (8:30 AM-10 AM)
4 week program: July 11 - August 2 (8:30 AM-10 AM)

Athletes are trained on individual ball skills, conditioning, movement and the soccer techniques needed to succeed at the high school and collegiate level. This program will have them WELL PREPARED for their upcoming season and have them a step ahead of their competition for spots on the team in what is a VERY competitive environment.

Membership

FISC is a membership facility and all members are required to maintain a FISC ID card.
Get your card online (Youth : Adultor stop by the FISC Welcome Desk. A staff member will be happy to assist you!

FISC utilizes a Member ID system to manage the ¾ of a million annual visitors and patrons, who use the facility to participate in leagues, camps, clinics, events or fundraisers.
