FISC Membership
FISC is a members only facility and all patrons are required to obtain a FISC MEMBER ID/REWARDS CARD prior to participating in any of the leagues. The card is good for an entire year and cost $20 for an adult and just $10 for a minor (under 18). There is a $10 fee for Immediate family add-ons.
The ID cards also serve as a rewards card and offer our patrons the opportunity to receive discounts from participating local businesses/restaurants. See our Preferred Business Partners page. To obtain your ID card please feel free to stop by FISC anytime -- or you can buy it online!

All of our activities are priced per individual and we offer two payment options.
Option 1 : Pay as you play

Restrictions:
- Under the unlimited plans, Men may not be on multiple rosters in different divisions within the same night.
- FISC Patron Rate for 368 PTC is only available to active FISC Patrons
- Students and Teachers must show proper identification.
- Student Summer/Holiday Plan is only available for Students who attend schools 25 miles or greater from 368 PTC.
- Fire/Police/Military, proper identification required.

Note: All Patrons are required to obtain a FISC ID Photo Card. FISC Monthly payment plans may be changed with 30 days notice.
