Welcome to the Frederick Indoor Sports Center (FISC), where it’s always game on. Mid-Maryland’s Premier Indoor Sports Facility boasting two full size (30 yds x 60 yds) fields with premium playing surfaces. Bring your cleats and enjoy the realistic pace of play on the newly installed FieldTurf field or strap on your indoors and try to keep up with the fast pace on the premium artificial field surface of our other field. Both fields boast brilliant lighting and high clear span ceilings for safe, extended play.

At FISC, we are currently featuring the following indoor sports:

- Soccer -

Youth Soccer (fall / winter):

From U6-U18, FISC organizes and maintains the highest standards of safety and play for area children and teens. Team and Individual registrations are available. Be sure to ask about early registration discounts and/or family discounts. And, don’t worry about rushing to get dinner - come on out and enjoy the quality cuisine at Venues Sports Café.

Adult Soccer:

Year round-- typical sessions run for 8 weeks, include referee fees, playoffs and championship tee shirts

Monday Night Men’s Over 30* League featuring two divisions: D1-competitive division (still got game but also have some mileage on you, this is the league for you) and D2- recreational division (for those guys who just won’t hang up the boots and/or just want an excuse to go out for a beer/ pizza with the guys).

Tuesday Night Men’s Premier Adult League: A fast paced league featuring the area’s most talented soccer stars. Sessions include playoffs and championship tee shirts for the winning teams. Players must be over 18 or have parental waiver signed to be eligible to play in this highly competitive league.

Wednesday Afternoon 12-1 or Wednesday Night 8-9, Pick-Up Session: Open play soccer or lacrosse only $5 per pick-up session or pre-pay for 6 sessions and get 2 FREE. No registration necessary, just grab your boots and come on out.

Thursday Night Adult Co-Ed (18+): Competitive play with a lot of talented players from both genders. Each team must field at least two ladies at all times. This is one of our more intense and spirited leagues with lots of bragging rights at stake. And you never know, if you are looking for a mate for life, Thursday Night Co-Ed might be just the solution.

Friday Night Adult Co-Ed over 30*: Friday nights at FISC are nothing more than controlled chaos and typically our most popular night for adult soccer and for good reason… time to kick the week to the curb and get out and have some fun. Bring the kids along and be sure to plan to have a family dinner after your match at the Venues Sports Café.

Sunday Women’s: No men allowed, on the field that is, other than the ref. Men are highly encouraged to either stay home and do the dishes and/or laundry or come along and entertain the kids or maybe just show some support, for a change. With three (3) divisions (competitive/intermediate/recreational) of play, you are sure to find the right fit. Be on the lookout for scouts who may try to recruit you for one of our Co-Ed nights.

College Leagues

College Soccer New at FISC, a session just right for the long winter break for College guys/gals to enjoy. And with our sports lounge and Venues Café featuring free high speed internet you will always be connected to your friends. And don’t worry, match play ends before last call…

CoEd Open Games Days: Mondays and Wednesdays, Dec. 16- Jan. 9th. $400 Per Team, registration deadline: Dec. 14st $100 discount!!! If your team is paid in full by Dec. 9th.

*each over 30 team is permitted up to two (2) male players over 29 years old, women players are permitted over the age of 21, all other male players must be over 30.

Be a part of one of the fastest growing sports in the country. At FISC, we have boys and girls leagues for elementary, middle and high school-aged players. Check our registration link for league times and dates.

- Flag Football -

Who says you’ve got to tackle or be tackled to enjoy football? FISC’s 6-man non-contact flag football leagues are designed for men ages 18 and up. Leave your helmet and shoulder pads at home. League play is Saturday Nights and with Venues Sports Café in our facility, don’t worry about missing date night, bring your significant other along.
