Located adjacent to Rt. 15 and 26 on the North side of the City of Frederick, this 65,000 SF Indoor Recreation Facility houses two full sized turf fields (30 yds x 60 yds), Health Express Café and Sports Lounge with generous views of the fields, a sports retail shop and a variety of other business.

Built in 1999, the building is in the process of receiving many upgrades and updates such as a new field turf field, new state of art lighting, a new health express café/sports lounge featuring free high speed internet access, flat screen TV’s, field cameras to enjoy the live action from the comfort of the café’s lounge, and a professional and highly motivated ownership with an insatiable appetite to exceed your expectations. The facility will primarily focus on turf related sports such as soccer, lacrosse, flag football but will also be expanding to include other sports such as dodge ball, field hockey and kickball. There will also continue to be many independent business that operate within the Frederick Indoor Sports Center.

At the Frederick Indoor Sports Center our mission is simple—to provide a well organized, safe and welcoming environment to allow for children and adults of all ages to enjoy one of life’s greatest pastimes, sports. We will strive to make your experience as enjoyable as possible and the field of play will be ready for you whenever you are as the game is always on at the FI Sport Center.
