Tony is a soccer fanatic. He dedicates many of his waking hours to the local sports community, recently developing a private soccer park for local youth soccer leagues on the farm where he lives with his family. A resident of Frederick since 1971, Tony "C" attended St. John's Grade School and Frederick High School, where he lettered in Soccer, Basketball and Baseball. He continued his education at Frederick Community College and Mount St. Mary's University, earning a double major in Economics and Spanish. An active member of the Rotary Club of Frederick, Tony also co-owns the Frederick Land Company. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside at the River's Edge Farm, along with their four children and family dog, Oso.

Born in New England and raised in Maine, Jay played soccer on Olympic Development and Premier teams as a youth. He continued his playing career at Roger Williams University and Westfield State College, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and Computer Information Systems. After college, Jay played for the Mass Twisters of the American Indoor Soccer League (AISL) during the 2005-2006 season. In addition to co-founding the Frederick Indoor Sports Center in May of 2009, Jay also runs NFP Sports, a high school sports fundraising company that has raised thousands of dollars for Maryland and Northern VA sports teams. Jay is an Eagle Scout and an active member of the Rotary Club of Frederick.

Gina has been involved with soccer and lacrosse since she was young. She attended Shippensburg University where she played on the Women's Lacrosse Team and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English and Speech communications. Gina oversees all league programming and administration, and is instrumental in making sure the programs, processes and systems in place at FISC are smooth and user-friendly.

Irene has lived in the Frederick area since 2005. At FISC, she is responsible for developing and building relationships with our members, partners and advertisers, and overseeing our member rewards program. Much of her spare time is spent with her three children, running them around to horseback riding competitions and Sparklers figure skating practices and competitions. Irene was a competition horseback rider herself for 8 years before starting a family.

Jon has played soccer for much of his life and has a passion for the outdoors, with biking, hiking and camping. He spent the past two years living in Colorado with his wife, Jamie. Upon his move back to the Frederick area, Jon, continued his design business Weaver Graphics. He oversees all marketing, design and web development for FISC.

As a child growing up in Newport News, VA, Shannon Wallace was plagued with injuries and frequently sick. His health improved significantly, however, when he began playing sports. He became involved in martial arts and played Division II college football, but he never felt he was able to reach his optimal goals as an athlete. After working in Sales & Finance with Fortune 500 companies, Shannon’s passion for fitness and athleticism brought him back to unfinished business. He began to lead athletes and the general population to their optimal levels of strength and conditioning through a customized approach called 368 Athletics, Inc. FISC is proud to partner with Shannon and the 368 Performance Training Center to provide our members with high level performance training regimens.

Mixed martial arts master Mike Moses earned his first of 5 black belt at the age of 9. After 10 years of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mike rededicated himself to martial arts-- this time with a focus on instruction vs. competition. His passion for teaching led him to create the Evolve Academy of Mixed Martial Arts, a unique program offering Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Primal Skills Fitness and Personal Defense Systems to adults and children. FISC is proud to partner with Mike Moses and Evolve Academy of Mixed Martial Arts to provide our members with an on-site program that combines traditional and contemporary techniques.
